Tako Wasa Chazuke
"Chazuke" is a traditional quick meal in Japan, meaning Cha (tea) + Zuke (soak). Often using leftovers, Steamed Rice is soaked in tea or broth, much like porridge. Affectionately known as "Tako Wasa (たこわさ)", Tako Wasabi is the perfect companion for this recipe!

Ingredients:
"Tako Wasabi" | 30 g |
Hot Water | 400 ml |
Green Tea | 2 Tea Bags |
Steamed Rice | 2 Cups |
Dashi | 1 Tbsp |
Salt | (to taste) |
Roasted Nori Seaweed | (for garnish, shredded) |
Leek | (for garnish, shredded) |

Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Tea Broth by adding Tea Bags and Dashi to Hot Water.
2. Add half of Steamed Rice in 2 soup bowls each, and add "Tako Wasabi" on top.
3. Pour Tea Broth.
3. Garnish with Roasted Nori and Leek.
